Kickstart Your Coaching

Congratulations!

You've taken a leap of faith in yourself and we're going to be working together!  I'm incredibly excited and I want to just say thank you.  I'm honored to be working alongside you as a coach, and I take this work, and your trust, incredibly seriously.

This also says a lot about who you are and your commitment to your goals, and I'll be here every step of the way.

To that end, my commitment is that you get the most out of our sessions together.  Below is a link to the Wheel of Life and the Values Assessment, both of which we will be reviewing in our initial sessions. Also, I've included some general recommendations for co-creating a powerful session.

If you have any questions before our between our sessions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

General Recommendations

  • To get the most out of each coaching session, please take a moment before our calls to consider how you want to use our time together.  While our initial sessions are more structured with several worksheets and assessments, this is ultimately your agenda and we can use this time however will be most helpful.

  • I recommend a dedicated notebook for taking notes.  We will be working fast and furious and concepts and important moment may fly by.  Taking notes of any breakthroughs or food for thought will allow you to reflect in-between our calls.

  • This is your time and your time is precious and well-earned.  Have a quiet room in the house to take our calls and turn off any unnecessary electronics that may distract.

  • If you need to reschedule your session for any reason, feel free to log into Satori, which is what I use to schedule all sessions with my clients, and move your session to a more convenient time.  You can access Satori by clicking on the "Client Login" button at the top of this website in the navigation bar.  If you don't have a login, please let me know and we'll re-send you the log-in activation e-mail.

Looking forward to working with you!

Best,
